Set in the Pirate’s Bay Resort, this 3BR/2BA island-style cottage features a private outdoor patio, outdoor shower, firepit area, 2 fabulous slope entry lagoon salt water pools, and a large kids play area. Enjoy the great outdoor area for picnics, BBQ, and poolside lounging. Sea Monkee is the perfect home base for exploring Port A. Port A’s famous beaches, restaurants, and nightlife are all just a short drive away.
You’ll love the designer interior, highlighted by shiplap accent walls, pendant lighting, and a beautiful new kitchen.
LIVING AREA
The living area features cathedral ceilings and is outfitted with a sleeper sofa and a Roku smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up delicious meals in the sparkling full kitchen, outfitted with new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Dine together at the table for five or the three-person kitchen bar.

BED & BATH
This townhome sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom is appointed with a cable TV.
The primary suite features a king bed as well as an en-suite bath with dual vanities, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and a separate double vanity.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Step out for a crisp drink on the private breezeway, outfitted with chairs and beverage tables.

Pirate’s Bay amenities include:
-Two outdoor pools (5’ deep, unheated, open year-round)

-Outdoor grills

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars outside the unit are provided. Guest parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No boat parking.

THE LOCATION
Drive just 5 minutes to the beach and enjoy a fun day in the sun and surf. Hit the links at Palmilla Beach Golf Club or charter a deep-sea fishing trip. Explore San Jose island or marvel at the wildlife at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center.
Enjoy a sunset stroll through Roberts Point Park and look for dolphins from the observation tower. When evening falls, sample the variety of fresh, local options that Port A’s dining and local brew scene have to offer.

    After 22 years renting in Port A, I have to say this was the BEST year. My place provide more than everything you would ever need. It was impressive. I didn't need to pack half the things I brought because it was provided. The place was clean and the rental company was on top of everything. I can't wait to come back next Winter. THANK YOU!
