SECOND FLOOR-Deck-Catch a sea breeze and enjoy beautiful gulf views from bar height seating and tables for 10 or catch some rays on the two loungers. Living Area-Two sets off French doors open on to the spacious deck for indoor/outdoor living. Serve cocktails at the “mermazing bar” presided over by “Merdusa”complete with bar ware and glasses. Or simply kick back on one of the two sofas and watch a movie on the ‘75 Samsung TV with cable. Two additional recliners also offer seating for a total of 8 seats. Kitchen and Dining-A fully stocked kitchen offers a complete range of quality stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a luxe island with pendant lighting and seating for four. The adjoining dining table seats six. Bedrooms and Baths-There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. One bedroom provides a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable, French door access to the second floor deck, and an en-suite bath with walk in shower. The other bedroom on this floor features a queen bed with built in twin bunk overhead. This room has TV with cable and bright, kid friendly, family decor. The adjacent hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The ground floor has a separate exterior entrance. Deck-The deck features sweeping views of wetlands and is perfect for relaxing with Jacuzzi’s largest J495 hot tub with seating for up to nine. The hot tub is cleaned and maintained weekly by professional service. A large stylish bar with seating for four and bistro lighting is situated next to the hot tub. There are seven Adirondack chairs for lounging and taking in the views. There is a gas grill on this deck and an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off beach sand before jumping in the hot tub. Bunk Room-Built in bunk beds sleep 8. There is a twin over twin bunk bed as well as two twin over full bunk beds. There is a locker/closet area with six full length lockers with hanging space and drawers. The locker area leads into the double vanity bathroom with separate toilet area and walk in shower. This room houses a full size washer and dryer. Lounge Area-This inviting area includes a sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, six person bar height dining table, and 55’ Roku TV with cable. Kitchenette-This lower level has a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and kuerig coffee maker.

THIRD FLOOR-Deck-This floor features spectacular panoramic views.
Two bar height swivel chairs provide the perfect spot for taking in unforgettable sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico. Primary Suite-French doors provide easy access to the private 3rd story deck. A king bed, comfy arm chair, walk in closet, TV with cable, & ensuite bath with tub/shower combination complete the luxurious accommodations.

EXTRA AMENITIES-The Lost Colony Villas Pool is an easy walk located several properties away. There are extra beach towels available on the first floor. The powdery, white, sands of the Port Aransas beach is a short, quarter mile walk down the street with no cross traffic to the boardwalk which leads to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico & beach. There is a closet off the second floor deck that houses beach gear. This includes wagons, chairs, coolers, sand toys, and boogie boards. Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway. Per HOA rules, street & grass parking are not permitted, subject to towing at guest expense. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. The cargo lift & single car garage are not available for guest use.

THE LOCATION-Port Aransas sits on a barrier island stretching out into the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Swim, fish, parasail, or simply lay back in the sun on the beach.
Pack a picnic and spend an afternoon at Mustang Island State Park located just 8 minutes away with 3,954 acres of nature and 5 miles of beachfront. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Must be 25 years or older to rent this property and must be staying at this property

    We had our family reunion here, and it was the perfect amount of space for 15 people. There’s a bunk room on the first floor, 2 bed/2 bath on the main floor with the living and kitchen, and 1bed/ 1 bath on the third floor. Everything was clean and updated. For our family members staying on the first floor in the bunk room, they had to walk outside onto the driveway to get to the second floor, which wasn’t ideal but still doable. The house is also close to the street, but it’s still only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a quick drive to the city. The management company was very responsive. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again!

    We brought 15 people to Port A, my children and grandkids, and spent 4 nights celebrating each other.
    This place has wonderful decks that are shaded in the evening and cooled by breezes. The kitchen is awesome and everything is decorated very nautical. plenty of restrooms and beds. My only problem was the stairs. I'm older and my husband uses a walker. There is a lift, but we were not allowed to use it. Loved the beach. We took family pictures with the ocean in the background. We made memories.
