The large deck has a view of the newly renovated swimming pool and there is parking for at least 3 cars depending on size.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar to seat 4, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are an open-style concept, perfect for entertaining.
The large front porch offers ample outdoor space. This property has everything, including proximity to the beach. Situated about 3 blocks from the beach, it is less than a half mile car or golf cart ride to the beach!
The upstairs Ocean View master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full size day bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and Flat Panel TV with Satellite. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin day beds. The hall bathroom has a tub shower combo. There is a gate at the top of the deck stairs to keeps kids or Fido secure. Fully fenced in area perfect for pets. Downstairs outside is an outside shower, along with the washer and dryer.
This home has enough parking for 2 (or possibly 3 depending on the vehicle size) vehicles in the driveway or in front of the house. There is a small overflow parking area near the swimming pool. This area is first come, first served and available to anyone staying in the community.

  The property is located close to the gulf. The upstairs balcony has a nice view of the gulf. The large deck is great for sunning and also a great place to listen to the sounds of the gulf
  
  The property has a well layed out floor plan with 2 bedrooms on the first level and an additional bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. There has been some major remodel work done but left several items not completed. The property needs work.
